Protecting children starts with prevention

Meet the dedicated professionals who educate, empower, and protect children through prevention, awareness, and research. Our team works to understand the root causes of child sexual abuse, using data and evaluation to help shift social norms and prevent harm before it happens.

Jenna Baker Director of Prevention

Jenna works throughout the six-county service area of TBCAC to develop, organize, and conduct prevention programming. She is passionate about empowering young people, supporting caregivers, and strengthening connections within our community. Henry, TBCAC’s Facility Dog, often accompanies Jenna for her prevention programming. Jenna is Henry’s primary handler & caregiver!

Outside of work, Jenna likes to keep active and enjoy nature by strength training, pilates, hiking, dancing, golfing, and skiing. She also loves to read, play board games, and spend time with her partner and pups!

Reggie Noto
Sr. Advisor of Primary Prevention

Reggie works with a talented team to design, implement, and measure upstream initiatives for child sexual abuse prevention. She is excited to expand TBCAC’s Primary Prevention programming with the hope of creating a world without abuse.

Outside of work, Reggie’s world revolves around food! She loves to talk about food, cook, eat, and just when you think it's over, she's back at it planning her
next meal.
